03 – THE 7-DAY RETREAT
The retreat is not the beginning of your recovery. By the time you arrive, you will have been working for weeks or months.

Days 5–6: Active imagination and myth as mirror

Day 7: Integration and planning your return
04 – 30-DAY GROUP FOLLOW-UP
The return home after a residential retreat is one of the most vulnerable moments in recovery. The 30-day follow-up bridges the retreat and daily life.
